Using this site
This website is published by Bloom & Style, operated by Katerina Scholz. By using it you accept these terms. Please use the site lawfully, and do not attempt to interfere with it or with anyone else's use of it.
An enquiry is not a booking
Submitting the Check My Date form tells us you are interested and lets us check availability. It does not reserve your date and does not create a contract. A date is held only once we have confirmed it with you directly and any agreement and payment terms we set out at that time have been met.
Services, prices, and quotes
Prices and service descriptions on this site are published in good faith and may change. Travel charges depend on your location. The figures that apply to your wedding are the ones we confirm with you in writing when we discuss your date.
Terms of service are separate
These terms cover the website only. Booking, payment, rescheduling, and cancellation are governed by the separate arrangements we confirm with you when your date is reserved.
Our content
The text, photographs, logo, and design on this site belong to Bloom & Style or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking us first. You are welcome to share links to the site.
Accuracy
We keep this site as accurate and current as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete or error-free at all times, or that the site will always be available without interruption.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites (social media, review platforms, or wedding suppliers), those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bloom & Style is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
