Who we are

Bloom & Style is an on-location bridal hair and makeup business operated by Katerina Scholz, serving Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and the surrounding Smoky Mountains. You can reach us at (865) 424-0126.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. If you submit the Check My Date form, that is:

• Your name, email address, and mobile number
• Your wedding date, getting-ready location, and ceremony or ready-by time
• How many people need hair and how many need makeup, and whether you are interested in a trial
• Anything you tell us about your vision for the day

If you call or text us, we keep that correspondence. We do not ask for payment card details through this website.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, confirm whether your date is available, quote travel accurately, plan your look, and, if you book, deliver the services you have arranged. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to Katerina. Reaching her involves the companies that host this website and carry the form submission and our email; they process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

We use two measurement services to understand how this website is used: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Both set cookies in your browser and both receive information about your visit, including the pages you view, the links you click, your approximate location from your IP address, and your device and browser type.

Microsoft Clarity additionally records a playback of your visit: how you move, scroll, and click on a page. This is used to find parts of the site that confuse people. Clarity masks the contents of form fields by default, so what you type into the Check My Date form is not captured in these recordings, and neither service is used to identify you personally or to build an advertising profile.

We set no advertising cookies of our own, we run no ad-network pixels, and our fonts and images are served from this site rather than a third-party network. If you would rather not be measured, a browser that blocks trackers, a private window, or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on will all prevent it, and nothing on this site stops working if you do.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that records of bookings and past weddings remain available. If you would like your details removed sooner, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (865) 424-0126 and we will take care of it.

Photography

The photographs on this site are real client work, published with permission. If you have been photographed by us or a wedding photographer we have worked with and you would prefer your image not appear here, tell us and we will remove it.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging wedding services. We do not knowingly collect information online from children. Where services are provided to junior attendants or flower girls, arrangements are made with the adult booking them.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection and we take reasonable care with the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through the enquiry form.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
