Do you travel to cabins, hotels, and venues?
Yes. On-location service is the heart of what Bloom & Style does. Hair and makeup come to wherever you're getting ready: a cabin, a hotel room, or your venue, throughout Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and surrounding areas.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as your wedding date and getting-ready location are settled. Wedding dates are one-of-a-kind, and popular Smoky Mountain dates are claimed early. Checking your date costs nothing and tells you straight away whether it's open.
How does a trial work?
A trial is a pre-wedding session to test and refine your final look, so nothing about the wedding morning is an experiment. A bridal hair style trial is $150, a makeup trial is $150, and the two together are $280. The combination trial credits $60 toward your wedding booking. Allow about 1.5 hours for a hair or makeup trial, and 2 to 3 hours for the combination.
Are lashes included?
Yes. Optional false eyelashes are included with makeup applications at no extra charge.
How do travel fees work?
Two simple rules. A $150 service minimum applies to single-service travel appointments. And trips outside Sevier County, or over 20 miles, add $1 per mile round-trip. Include your getting-ready location when you check your date and you'll get the exact numbers for your wedding before anything is decided.
What if we need to start very early?
Sunrise ceremonies and early first looks are welcome, and they are more common in the Smokies than you might think. Services starting before 6:00 AM carry an early-start fee, quoted per booking rather than set at a flat rate. Tell us your ceremony or ready-by time when you check your date and you'll have the figure before anything is decided.

Your details go straight to Katerina. You'll hear back about your date's availability and the next steps for planning your look.
What should I expect on the wedding morning?
Katerina comes to your getting-ready location and completes the services you've planned. You stay where your wedding morning is already happening. Bridal hair-and-makeup combinations also include a complimentary touch-up kit and relaxation essentials for the day after.
